How to Cancel or Change Your Plan

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation stops future charges and future refills. To avoid being charged for your next refill, cancel or pause before your next scheduled refill date.

Before Treatment Is Approved

You are not charged before provider approval. When you submit your online visit, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your payment method. If you are approved, the payment is processed. If you are not approved, the pending authorization hold is released or removed. See our Refund Policy.

Medication Already Shipped

Prescription medication that has already been dispensed and shipped cannot be returned, resold, or refunded, regardless of cancellation. This restriction is required by federal and state pharmacy law.

Cancellation by Us

We may suspend or cancel your plan at any time as described in our Terms & Conditions. A provider may also determine at any point that continued treatment is no longer appropriate for you.
