Services are available in all 50 US states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements.

Please note that certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary depending on state-specific pharmacy regulations and dispensing restrictions.

Products are compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy.

When am I charged?

You are not charged before provider approval. When you submit your online visit, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your payment method. If a licensed provider approves treatment for you, the payment is processed. If you are not approved, the pending authorization hold is released or removed. See our Refund Policy.

How long does it take?

Provider review typically takes 24–48 hours, and usually less than 24. Pharmacy fulfillment takes approximately 2–3 business days after approval, followed by two-day shipping. Pharmacies do not process or ship on weekends or holidays.

Is shipping included?

Yes. Shipping is included in the price of your program. We ship within the United States only and cannot ship to P.O. boxes. See our Shipping Policy.

Am I guaranteed a prescription?

No. Completing an online visit does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. The care you receive is at the sole discretion of the licensed healthcare practitioner treating you. Not everyone is eligible for treatment.

Can I cancel or pause?

Yes. From your account at portal.hoolongevity.com you can cancel your billing plan, pause refills, set a future hold date, or change your refill date. You can also email support@hoolongevity.com or call (586) 321-3377. See our Cancellation Policy.

How do I request my medical records?

Medical record requests are handled by the provider group. Contact Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC at medicalcompliance@arorahealthgroup.com.

HŌŌ Longevity serves patients in all 50 U.S. states through our licensed medical provider group, Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC. Treatment and pharmacy fulfillment availability may vary based on applicable state laws, provider licensure requirements, pharmacy authorization, and medication-specific dispensing restrictions.

Does insurance cover this?

No. HŌŌ Longevity is a cash-pay service. Neither we nor our affiliated providers bill any federal or state health care program, including Medicare and Medicaid, or any commercial insurance plan.
