If you cancel before a licensed provider has reviewed your intake, you receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
If the provider determines treatment is not appropriate for you, you will not be charged for medication, and any medication amounts already paid are refunded in full.
Prescription medications cannot be restocked or resold once dispensed, so shipped medication is not refundable. This is a pharmacy-safety requirement, not a preference. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised by shipping conditions, contact support@hoolongevity.com within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
