Authorization Holds and Provider Approval

You are not charged before provider approval. When you submit your online visit, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your payment method.

If a licensed provider approves treatment for you, the payment is processed. If you are not approved, the pending authorization hold is released or removed.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, a released authorization hold may take a few business days to clear from your statement.

Prescription Products

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final once your medication has been dispensed and shipped. This restriction is required by federal and state pharmacy law.

Errors

If you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us at support@hoolongevity.com and we will work with the pharmacy to resolve it.

Subscription Charges

Fees already charged for a current billing period are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel or pause before your next scheduled refill date. See our Cancellation Policy.
