You can cancel any HOO program at any time from your patient portal (portal.hoolongevity.com) in one click, or by emailing support@hoolongevity.com. No phone calls required, no retention scripts, no questions you don't want to answer.
Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. If your next shipment has not yet been dispensed by the pharmacy, it will not ship and will not be charged. Shipments already dispensed are governed by the Refund Policy.
You can also hold your program, and your dose, for as long as you need, then resume with your provider when you're ready. Holding is free and available from the portal or by emailing support.
Rx programs require an online visit with a licensed provider · results vary.
