All medical services are provided by an independent, U.S.-licensed medical practice; all prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. pharmacies. A licensed provider makes every treatment decision, and prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
All program prices are shown on the site before you begin. Rx programs require an online visit with a licensed provider; completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription. If a provider determines treatment is not appropriate, you will not be charged for medication. Program pricing reflects the program: provider review, coordination, and support, not the sale of a drug. Results vary.
Programs renew on a monthly or quarterly basis as displayed at checkout. You may cancel at any time as described in the Cancellation Policy; cancellation is available in one click from your portal or by emailing support. You may also pause or hold your program for as long as you need.
Some programs may involve compounded medications prepared by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies to USP standards. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Your provider will discuss whether a compounded formulation is appropriate for you.
You agree to provide accurate health information; your safety depends on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOO's liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the services at issue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
